What we're looking for

• You are a people-person who is outgoing & engaging and have a flair for creating relations and collaborating with a team

• You have excellent communication skills in both Danish & English, verbally and written, and you enjoy creating content

• You have experience with and a passion for digital communications & storytelling in various formats

• You have an understanding of strategic communications across channels and with a variety of stakeholders in mind

• You are likely in the beginning or middle of a Communications relevant graduate program

• You are curious about understanding the Real Estate industry, startup ecosystems and digital transformation

What is PropTech Denmark

PropTech Denmark is a non-profit organization that consists of the "PropTech Denmark Community" and the "PropTech Denmark Innovation Hub."

The PropTech Denmark Community is a membership network of PropTech start-ups and scale-ups, SMEs, and established corporates within Real Estate. The purpose is to gather organizations that want to be at the forefront of development, committed to help shape the next era in Real Estate.

Our community is 100% dependant on members' contributions and builts on the foundation that everyone first and foremost contributes, e.g., by being engaged and share knowledge before expecting to get something in return.

PropTech Denmark Innovation Hub is the epicentre of the PropTech Denmark Community's activities, dedicated to accelerating and nurturing tech-driven innovation.

Through our Innovation Hub, we inform, educate, and support organizational and commercial innovation, technological development, digital transformation, and the cultural requirements needed to unleash the innovative potential within the industry through 4 distinct programs:

• Program #1: PropTech Denmark — Events & Workshops (Networking, Knowledge Sharing & Social Gatherings)

• Program #2: PropTech Denmark — Innovation Academy (Education, Capability Building & Competence Development)

• Program #3: PropTech Denmark — LAB (Co-Working Space, Event & Meeting Facilities)

• Program #4: Innovation Projects — Innovation Projects (Innovation Project, Venture Activities & Collaborations)

PropTech Denmark organisation

PropTech Denmark currently consists of a six-person team that share responsibilities regarding community management, communication and content and operations. Currently, the team is lead by a two-person leadership team who report to PropTech Denmark's board consisting of 15 members that represent the various stakeholders from the real estate and PropTech Industry.

Responsibilities

Ongoing communication with existing and potential members:

• Help convert industry stakeholders into PropTech Denmark members

• Look for good opportunities to offer spots to existing members in our programs

Ideate, create and distribute relevant digital content:

• Participate in ideation of insightful & engaging content that industry stakeholders find relevant and helpful

• Develop and publish content using our website CMS

• Distribute blog content across various channels such as LinkedIn and Email

PropTech research:

• Design studies to generate new knowledge for our members and association

• Interview members and perform relevant analysis of Danish PropTech to generate insights for our members and ourselves
