We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Helsinki to help build our Purchasing function. We are the fastest growing B2C-startup in Helsinki, growing from 65 to 250 employees during the past year (5/2019 to 5/2020). Working in the Purchasing team is all about achieving business objectives by ensuring an efficient, reliable and profitable supply of phones at all times. You will work together with some of the world’s largest telecommunications companies, distributors and traders. You will maintain and develop existing international supplier relationships, provide analysis and forecasts for the further development of the supply function, and help develop processes and tools. You will manage your own supplier accounts. The role does not include new account acquisitions.

What you will work on:
Manage, develop and strengthen supplier relationships
Conduct quantitative profitability analysis to ensure every need meets internal profitability targets
Build tools and processes to further scaling the purchasing function
Develop a thorough understanding and generate insights of the used smartphone industry

Who you are:
You have a proven track record and considerable experience in either account management or business analytics. Experience of project management is considered as an advantage.
You are a highly motivated, driven and analytical person, willing to make a difference.
You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced changing environment and build strong relationships across both internally and externally.
You have excellent verbal and written English communication skills (other languages are seen as a plus).
You are truly proficient with Excel and you have an eye for detail. Experience from SQL and BI tools such as PowerBI is considered as a plus.
You love to build a structure where there is none, and you are not afraid of finding your solution that solves your task.
