Twig is a Danish natural oral hygiene start-up that aims to promote healthy and sustainable mindset and lifestyle through its 100% natural and biodegradable toothbrush with a story tracing back thousands of years. Our purpose is to simply leave a mark on the world instead of the planet by becoming the most honest and transparent dental hygiene brand.

We are looking for a passionate and driven co-founder to make a difference in making the environment and consumer habits greener with Twig.

As a co-founder, you will be a key team player in our core team responsible for:

• Help develop company financial and fundraising plans

• Quality control implementation

• Help establish direct marketing and refine business plan

• Develop B2B sales channels (retailers)

• Identify market opportunities for penetration and expansion

• Monitor operational activities

We believe you are:

• Passionate and dedicated for sustainability driven execution

• Proactive and work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment

• Structured and responsible in taking ownership of your areas and bring in your creative freedom

• Experienced in initiating or managing start-ups and/or projects

• A problem-solver, risk-taker, humble and digitally creative with an entrepreneurial spirit

• Fluent in English & Danish (preferably)

Our office is located in Kongens Lyngby Incubator which is shared with other start-ups. We value personality over a strong CV. Starting date: as soon as possible.
