We are looking for a talented and highly ambitious junior e-commerce manager to contribute to the continuous develop-ment and growth of our sales of endurance sports and outdoor gear on online platforms globally.

We focus on Danish design, sustainable manufacturing in primarily Europe and we develop all our products in close coopera-tion with Olympic athletes and extreme outdoor adventurers. Our ambitions are rocket-high, and we strongly believe that everything is possible. That is why we need you! The job as a junior e-commerce manager will allow you to closely work with our senior manager and seek opportunities to increase our sales in our German Amazon marketplace. This includes online marketing activities, sales analysis, constant improvements to product listings, customer communication, market, and new product analysis, and stirring the product launch process. You will also create content for product listing, online ads, and follow up communication in German. You are eager to contribute to our growth in sales and an improved experience for our custom-ers by analyzing sales, the current product presentation, marketing campaigns, and acting upon your analysis.

What do we expect from you?

It is very important that you have an independent, structured work attitude, are customer-oriented, and you know how to work in a result-oriented way. You should enjoy writing and know how to communicate in a professional way to our customers. Furthermore, you should be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and challenge and improve the way we do business. It is your target to maximize profitability by taking actions on your analysis and clearly communicate your actions and best practices to the rest of the team.

Qualifications:

• Experience with managing a market or account on an e-commerce platform or a webshop

• Master’s degree in E-Business, International Business or Management, Marketing, or similar

• Native German skills

• Excellent English skills

• Analytical mindset (know how to analyze data & measure the performance of your marketing activities)

• Strong customer orientation and communication skills

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel)

• Passion for sports is a bonus
