Your responsibilities:
You’ll play a key part in making our customers achieve compliance and become Legal Monster fans. As you’ll be our first customer success employee you’ll also be part of shaping the way we’ll build our customer success processes and communications.
You will:
Handle high volume of customer accounts and identify upsell opportunities
Answer customer requests via email and on the phone as we take our customer service very seriously, and strive to be an example when it comes to supporting our customers.
Be in direct contact with and listen to our customers and partners to help them become Legal Monster ambassadors.
Find ways to improve the customer experience and the nurturing flow (together with Marketing)
Work closely with our engineers and get a good understanding of how our product works.
Be the go-to-person for our customers to help them out when needed and listen to their problems and experiences.
Find new ways to decrease our churn rate and implement them.
Be our best ambassador by embodying the philosophy and tone of our brand internally and externally.
You will report directly to one of our founders.
Requirements:
You have at least 3-4 years of experience of account management, working closely with customer support and/or customer success.
You have strong communication skills and feel comfortable when you approach people via email, phone and face-to-face.
You love responding to customer requests through phone and email.
Professional English language skills.
A passion for our mission.
You’re a people person and get a lot of energy from helping others.
You need to be proactive, organized, and focused on details and accuracy.
Experience in the compliance or tech industry is a bonus.
