Your Key responsibilities and skills

  • As Level 1 support you are responsible for tackling incoming support cases from our Client Success team and work closely with Level 2 support when needed.

  • Secondly, you will develop system monitoring capabilities and automate manual tasks required in our advanced Nexta.io software setup with clients 3rd and party software.

  • Further, you are a good troubleshooter and are keen on getting things fixed fast, but also have an eye for doing things even smarter and also keep our FAQ up to date and useful.


We expect you to have experience with:

  • WEB technologies generally

  • C# and.NET environment

  •  MSSQL databases and SQL in general


You will also be exposed to:

  • Azure environment

  • API’s generally and REST specifically

  • Microservices

  • CI/CD

  • Docker


We expect that you are a quick learner that will adapt and master new technologies ongoing as part of the job. We also expect that you both speak and write fluently English.


Be a Team Player!

We expect you to have a solid experience in Agile development methodologies,

excellent verbal and written communication skills. This will be important in our day-to-day collaboration.
