Droppe is a solution for distributing hygiene supplies evenly and responsibly. Our service reallocates excess supplies from previous areas of crisis and finds resources and hygiene products. We connect our customers in need of hygiene products with the worldwide flow of resources. Our service takes care of finding high-quality products, verifying quality standards and production circumstances, as well as testing the products upon delivery in the country of destination.


As a result of the exceptional situation caused by a global pandemic, the possibility to create a safe work environment has been compromised. Droppe is looking for mission-driven individuals.


We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and experienced B2B Sales professionals with connections across clients and major wholesaler and distribution groups in your assigned territory. The Regional Sales Rep is responsible for driving revenue by working collaboratively with the Global Sales Team to ensure that sales targets are achieved. 


We are seeking self-starters that:

  • Identify potential new clients through focused research, existing relationships and cold calling across Droppe's service in assigned territory

  • Have sales experience in a highly dynamic environment

  • Develop, execute and manage strategic sales opportunities in your region utilizing a defined sales process

  • Deliver significant impact growth in line with the rapid expansion of the business

  • Can smoothly communicate in English and Finnish


Desired skills & proof of success:

  • A track record of selling solutions to our target markets

  • Significant market contacts and knowledge within the targeted industries

  • The confident and energetic; professional and team-oriented sales approach

  • Excellent listening skills. The ability to understand the business needs of prospects and customers and to explain how our solution can meet their needs

  • A proven background in developing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers including experience in closing B2B transactions

The position will report to the VP Sales and involve all aspects of media sales and managing the process between the client and Finland and San Francisco-based project teams.
