Refarmed is on a mission to decentralize our food system with building-integrated agricultural solutions. By bypassing the conventional distribution system we can grow organic crops locally on demand and eliminate transportation, packaging, storage and food waste in the supply chain. The result is a green footprint, less risk in production and off course fresh and nutritious storyfood for our customers. We're currently spinning out a vertical farming operation and need you to run it.

Your job is to build a lean but agile farm operating company that can operate multiple customized farms. We have several farms in the pipeline and sales contracts for the next eight years. Profits will depend on your ability to trim the operating costs and create brilliant supplier deals and partnerships. Our future scalability will depend on your execution skills, your ability to set the right team and implement automation and digitize central farm features.

We are looking for someone:

• With experience in running an operating company, preferably in horticulture

• Amazing execution skills

• A flair for tech, or just a super good project lead that can bring in the right tech solutions and skills

• Who is passionate about creating a smarter food system

• Is both a go-getter and a collaborator
