We are looking for our next developer to join our team of Equality Checker’s in Oslo. Equality Check is a startup on a mission to create diverse and equal workplaces through radical transparency. You are a solution-oriented, positive, and creative senior developer. You are eager to understand users’ needs and push to create the best possible solution to help bring Equality Check to the next level.

So... what does that really mean? It means to become a product every Norwegian company uses, and a service every job seeker relies on before changing their job. It also means to help us scale internationally. You will be joining our team of 5, and work closely with our lead designer and CTO.

As a developer, you will be an important part of our small team in Oslo, collaborating closely with everyone on the team. We firmly believe in autonomy, and your work schedule will be flexible to accommodate your life. Our offices are very central at the coworking space Share in Myntgata 2 (Oslo), where we work together with many other exciting startups.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience and confidence in building full stack web applications

• 3+ years of experience in architecture

• Experience with cloud service providers, such as AWS and Google cloud

• Experience with node, typescript, next.js or react is preferrable

• Experience with UX concepts and Product Development

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
