Responsibilities

We are looking for a person to cover maternity leave over the period of one year, with the possibility to extend the position afterwards. You will be responsible for the financial and bookkeeping part of the company, as well as hands on admin/day-to-day tasks to make sure things are running smoothly in the office. This could include making sure that we don’t run out of copy paper and ordering lunch to celebrate a completed project. You will have a broad surface of contact to most of your colleagues on a daily basis and you will be the contact person for our sister companies, as well as the middleman to our external service providers, such as the accountant, the bank, the salary company, and so on. All in all, your responsibilities fall within the area of bookkeeping, mixed with a dash of an office octopus.

 

About you

We don't expect you to have worked in a bank, or crunched numbers all your life, however we wouldn't mind someone who is keen on working with numbers and has a passion for excel sheets. We expect that you are well structured, detail-oriented, able to prioritize your tasks, work independently and will be motivated by working in a highly dynamic environment. The tasks will require that you are able to work with multiple deadlines and stay focused while juggling different demands, alongside small practical office tasks. Your colleagues are not the suit and tie kind of people, but we don´t care what you wear as long as you can contribute to the fun of our Friday bars.


Preferred Requirements

  • Danish intermediate level is required for this role and our primary language in the day to day communication will be a mix of English and Danish.

  • 1-3 years of work experience within the areas of bookkeeping, finance, controlling, and business administration

  • Love working in Excel

Plusses if you…

  • Have work experience as a bookkeeper in a small company

  • Experience working with programs such as E-conomic and/or Danløn

  • Have a degree within Business Admin, Finance, Bookkeeping or similar
