Based in central Copenhagen, MessyWeekend is a successful Danish startup selling affordable quality sunglasses and snow goggles direct-to-consumer in Europe, the US and Latin America. Working with the International Country Management Team and Head of Customer Service, responding to customer’s queries via Zendesk (knowledge to the platform is not a must), handling customer inquiries, feedback, product development ideas, reviews and much more!
Job Description:
Handling overflow contacts from the all over the world but mainly Denmark and Germany in collaboration with all Country Managers;
Processing returns and issuing refunds
Responding to queries received via Social Media;
Gathering product and process feedback;
Occasional translating content for certain messages which have to be send out to the global customer database;
Manage reviews on various 3rd party platforms; and
Assisting with the continuous product development process based on customer feedback and macro-level analyses
Developing and implementing initiatives to improve the customer experience
Provide regular reporting of customer service complaints to necessary team heads
*Candidate must also be fluent in written and spoken in Danish and English - German is a plus*
