We have reached a crossroad where the next phase is expansion and fueling growth. We are therefore establishing a Country Manager position where the ideal candidate will lead the way forward in establishing a customer centric, digitally led company with significant commercial and societal ambitions.

As Country Manager PIF® you will develop and lead the commercial and operative growth strategy in Denmark. You will also develop the Blueprint for next phase International growth expansion. You will provide insights, analysis, process, and operational strategy whilst setting the bar for what a strong, people and future focused culture means.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, people focused next generation leader with commercial DNA and strong ability of translating insights through strategy to action. You should have flair for building strong brands, businesses, and commercial ecosystems, an international view of the world and a strong performance mindset. We are looking for a strategic doer with strong people and process skills.

You will develop, manage, and grow a small to medium team of talent and a broad range of external stakeholders, customers, and partners. You will be measured on your ability to transform, and to recruit new, active customers and there will be possibilities of broader involvement in the PIF® business if fulfilled.

The position is based in Copenhagen, some travel will be required.

The main tasks

-          Develop the PIF® Commercial and operational strategy for Denmark

-          Full P&L ownership for PIF® Denmark

-          Build, Develop and Manage the PIF® team

-          Develop the Commercial Blueprint for PIF® International

-          Develop Customer and Commercial Excellence led framework for PIF®

-          Lead Happiness Rebel Culture in PIF®

-          Further develop PIF® marketing and trade initiatives in Denmark

-          Further develop partner ecosystem in Denmark

Qualifications and Experience

-          Relevant business, finance, or entrepreneurial education

-          5 years professional experience

-          Strong background in commercial strategy, operations, growth

-          Strong project management experience

-          Customer Journey Experience

-          Digital product development experience preferred

-          Some people leadership experience

-          Experience within Management Consulting and/or growth SMB preferred

-          Multinational experience preferred

-          Partner Ecosystem experience
