We are therefore establishing a Head of Digital Product Development position where the ideal candidate will lead the way forward in establishing a customer centric, digitally led company with significant commercial and societal ambitions.

As Head of Digital Development PIF® you will lead the customer focused digital product development of the PIF® platform. Based on customer insight and journeys, you will set the innovation and digital product agenda enabling customers and partners a smooth, engaging, and valuable social gifting experiences. You will set strategy and define supplier ecosystem, but also hands on lead the development of the next generation gifting technology.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, digitally native, next generation product developer with customer value as DNA and a strong ability to transplant market insights into product development.

 You should have flair for building strong digital solutions, applications, and platforms with elements of social e-commerce. You should also understand the world of marketing and how marketing technology connects digital product to growing the customer base.

We are looking for a digitally led customer obsessed doer with strong agile operational skills.

You will build and eventually manage a small to medium team of in – house and external talent and daily interact with the commercial leadership team.

You will be measured on your ability to develop efficient, trustful digital solutions, that deliver on customer focuses commercial KPIs for the entire PIF international Group.

The position is based in Copenhagen, minimum travel will be required.

-          Develop the PIF® Digital Product Strategy and operations

-          Full Innovation agenda ownership for PIF® International

-          Build, Develop and Manage the PIF® Digital development team

-          Develop the Digital Development Blueprint for PIF® International

-          Develop and lead Digital Customer Centric Product Development Excellence framework for PIF®

-          Further develop Digital partner and supplier ecosystem in Denmark

Qualifications and Experience

-          Relevant business, IT, Innovation, or entrepreneurial education

-          5 years professional experience

-          Strong background in Digital Product development

-          Strong project management experience

-          Customer Journey Experience

-          Experienced Agile team leader

-          UX strategy and development experience

-          Marketing and Media Technology Experience
