We are looking for a forthcoming individual with lots of knowledge and hands-on experience with implementing GDPR in companies, that will act as in-house consultant in relation to product, customer and partner development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
With a high degree of responsibility and freedom, you will be tasked with:
Act as in-house consultant working closely with our customer success managers in onboarding of new customers on the Wired Relations platform.
Ensure that our customers succeed with using Wired Relations to support their privacy and security programs.
Continuously improve the Wired Relations onboarding methodology and knowledge base.
Work closely with our product development team as the privacy and security sparring partner and as the voice speaking our customers needs.
Build and run a customer centered community together with our customer success manager.
Build and run a 3rd party consultant certification program together with our partner manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Hands-on experience with implementing GDPR in companies.
Proficiency in privacy and security management tools.
Ideally a Master degree (preferred in legal, business, information technology or similar).
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Interested in SaaS-solutions and technology and thrives in a dynamic environment.
You are a fast learner with great problem solving skills and eager to learn.
You have some start-up experience and/or will adapt easily to a fast-paced start-up style.
We value international profiles and expect you to be fluent in Danish and English. Danish as first language is a requirement for this position.
