We are looking for a forthcoming individual with lots of knowledge and hands-on experience with implementing GDPR in companies, that will act as in-house consultant in relation to product, customer and partner development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• With a high degree of responsibility and freedom, you will be tasked with:

• Act as in-house consultant working closely with our customer success managers in onboarding of new customers on the Wired Relations platform.

• Ensure that our customers succeed with using Wired Relations to support their privacy and security programs.

• Continuously improve the Wired Relations onboarding methodology and knowledge base.

• Work closely with our product development team as the privacy and security sparring partner and as the voice speaking our customers needs.

• Build and run a customer centered community together with our customer success manager.

• Build and run a 3rd party consultant certification program together with our partner manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Hands-on experience with implementing GDPR in companies.

• Proficiency in privacy and security management tools.

• Ideally a Master degree (preferred in legal, business, information technology or similar).

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

• Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.

• Interested in SaaS-solutions and technology and thrives in a dynamic environment.

• You are a fast learner with great problem solving skills and eager to learn.

• You have some start-up experience and/or will adapt easily to a fast-paced start-up style.

• We value international profiles and expect you to be fluent in Danish and English. Danish as first language is a requirement for this position.
