We are looking for someone to lead our customer service and customer experience. You should be motivated to handle day-to-day enquires while having experience or being motivated to grow your own customer experience team
Requirements:
Have fun at work
Danish native language is mandatory
Presentable, patient and obsessed about client happiness
You work well under pressure and are willing to work odd hours when shifts require to.
You are comfortable using digital tools (email, online tools, office suite, etc..)
You are good at managing scheduling and teams
