We are looking for an experienced digital marketing expert that will help us accelerate our international growth and will be responsible for managing and optimising our activities across all digital channels. You will be driving our lead generation process and will have the chance to build and optimise it in a scale-up context. You will be part of a highly energetic, international team and will be working closely with our graphic designers and Head of Marketing.

What you will do:

• Build and manage our entire inbound lead generation funnel from initial awareness to conversion

• Set up and manage our digital ad campaigns for different platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook)

• Track and optimise our conversion rates on our website and blog articles

• Improve traffic on our blog and our social media pages

• Create compelling reports about our digital marketing activities for our management

What you bring to the table:

• 5+ years of experience with digital and inbound marketing and lead generation

• Organisational skills, structured way of working and ability to prioritise tasks quickly

• Thrilled to work in a fast-paced and ambitious scale-up environment 

• Ability to keep track of multiple activities at the same time while focusing on delivering on KPIs

• Self-motivation and drive for own initiatives

• You’re a nerd when it comes to tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Ad Manager

• Fluent in English, both orally and in writing
