CYBR is a cybersecurity startup building a complete SecOps platform, delivered as a web application, fundamentally changing the way IT, Security and Management teams collaborate to secure their company. CYBR helps companies to regain control of their data, reduce costs and time spent on security optimization. Currently, we are building our development team and are looking for a talented Tech Lead. For the right candidate, an equity package can be agreed upon.

Skills required

• Cloud Computing

• Strong understanding of formal languages such as Golang / Java / Python, etc. 

• Good understanding of Security frameworks and Security by Design

• Frontend Web Development

• Analytical Skills

• Cloud Services

• Kubernetes

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud services

• Project, task and process management

You should apply if

• You have a relevant university degree

• 7 years of professional full-stack development with an orientation towards the backend.

• Experience with at least one of the larger cloud vendors - we are using Google Cloud Platform and key services from Google’s offering.

• Interest or experience in automating all operational aspects of keeping cloud services running and monitored is a plus. We work full cycle.

• Experience with continuous delivery, Docker and Kubernetes is a plus

• You are fluent in English

Your mission as a Tech Lead

The task is to build a world-class platform for our security products on GCP. You will work side by side with the commercial and technical people within the company to define what we want to achieve, make it a reality, run it and have an eye on what is going on in the innovation space to ensure we always consider the unexplored.

Our Tech Lead’s main responsibility will be to:

• Make technical decisions

• Be responsible for technical quality, security, and compliance

• Guide the team, coaching and empowering developers

• Have active involvement in development and product life cycles

• Coordinate technical efforts and initiatives across the company
