Are you who we’re looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Legal Specialist at our head office in Copenhagen to join us initially on a part time basis - with future scope to be full time depending on workload. You will work closely with our finance and commercial teams in assisting them on challenging legal negotiations during customer acquisitions and other ad-hoc legal tasks. You will also be helping us with our ongoing compliance and setting up structures and routines to support the same. 

This is a rare opportunity for a driven & passionate individual to get their hands on everyday business in a fast growing international startup and work closely with key stakeholders and operations across the board. You will not be limited to one aspect but can and will choose your own work scope. Not only that, but you will be exposed to our international and friendly work environment with more than 18 nationalities represented, and growing!

What you’ll do:

  • Support Finance Director and commercial teams in legal negotiations during sales processes, helping with creation of compliant deal structures

  • Building out compliance structures and documentation, as we prepare and submit for ISO certifications - you’ll be hands on and have full insight into how we ready the business for certification

What you’ll ideally have:

  • Can do attitude and a self starter 

  • Preferably studying for a law degree at graduate or undergraduate level

  • Some experience with compliance documentation is a plus

What’s next?

After an initial chat with our Talent Manager, you’ll begin with a practical exercise, where you will be given a chance to punch holes in our compliance documents with your rationale, followed by a personal interview with our Finance Director Amjad Khan and a couple of team leads. If all works out, you will be sitting with our CEO Dennis Kayser for the final interview .
