Do you have a successful track record in B2B sales and enjoy truly connecting with people? As a Business Development Manager you will own the sales process from the first meeting onwards. Our robust SDR team is responsible for the continuous creation of qualified sales opportunities. You will engage in conversations with multiple stakeholders and work your way to understanding if Videoly could bring their online business to the next level. You will demonstrate Videoly's value, compose offers and contracts while delivering an uplifting experience for the other party. We believe people never forget how you made them feel.

Working as a Business Development Manager, you enjoy consulting our potential customers and reaching mutual win-win deals. Since this role is so essential for our growth, we hope you already have a vision of how to succeed in sales. We are also eager to learn from you. A good background would be:

2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or Service Sales

  • Knowledge of sales techniques

  • Confidence in discussing with people and will to help our target companies and customers succeed

  • Energy and persistence in your work

  • Ability to work fluently in English, Finnish, Swedish or other Scandinavian languages

  • Excellent writing skills

It's also natural for you to ask questions and say if there's something you're not that familiar with yet. There is always room to grow and learn, and you don't need to be perfect, no-one is. This is how we see honesty – and humanity.
