We’re looking for a service-minded and professional customer care associate to join our growing and ambitious team here at Moneyflow - an exciting Fintech company based in Copenhagen. Awesome customer service and experience is a top priority and therefore we are strengthening our customer care team.
Who we expect you are
An outgoing personality, who loves listening to and helping others.
Genuinely interested in our customers and their businesses.
Analytical and solution-oriented on all levels.
Establishing strong relations over the phone, chat or email comes naturally to you.
You are a team player, comfortable with taking ownership over tasks and ensuring that enquiries are resolved and our customers are happy.
Able to work together with our technical team in solving issues.
You are fluent in Danish and English, both verbal and written.
What we expect you will do
Perform awesome One to One customer service.
Do initial troubleshooting on issues and cooperate with our technical colleagues on solving issues.
Help build a customer-centric culture in our team.
Work closely with Marketing, User Experience and the wider internal team.
Contribute to the development of our customer service team and how we create awesome experiences for our customers.

We smoothen the flow of money between businesses. We offer immediate funding on their invoices, meaning they don’t need to wait a long time to get paid or chase their customers for payment. Our service is directly integrated into large existing accounting platforms. We are a small, ambitious and experienced team with big ambitions. We have serious backing, a well connected advisory board, solid partnerships and a clear plan.

Joining Moneyflow at this stage will make you a key member of the support team. The position is part time, and allows you to coordinate it with studies or other things in your life as work hours will vary and mostly be in the afternoon and evening.
