Who: We’re looking for someone who wants to help us scale our business and take our passionate & self-driven team to the next level. Short-term, the top priority will be to hands-on drive and perform sales. At the same time, you will lay the foundation for successful long-term sales, customer retention and growth together with the team.
To succeed and compliment the team, we believe you:
have hands-on B2B sales experience (at least 3 years)
are passionate about disruptive and sustainable change
believe in a diverse and empowered team
believe in sustainable development, food resilience and circularity
are solution oriented and continuously driving forward
are great at communication and storytelling
It is also a plus if you have:
a strong network within real estate and/or facility services sector
lead or participated in fundraising (ideally a fast growing startup)
both startup & SMB/corporate experience
an interest in interior design, employee well-being and employer branding as these are key sales aspects of the first product
something growing at home?
