We are looking for a highly motivated lead developer with CTO potential who is able to be our in-house full-stack software development power house. We have a working application within recruitment and probably the most comprehensive and powerful skill-matching platform on the market that we now want to find our next star to help taking to the next level! We are specifically looking for someone who is interested in a co-founder opportunity and willing to work for equity compensation!

As a key person with Prepaird, you will be expected to both assume responsibility for the overall architecture of the system/application as well as continuously improve upon our code and underlying technology.

Specifically you will have the following key tasks:

• Assume responsibility for the overall architecture of the system/application.

• Define, implement and improve upon existing interfaces and protocols for communications between the different product/solution parts.

• Work with and improve back-end code of the product, including a good working knowledge of database systems, web servers and deployment frameworks

• Work with and improve front-end User interfaces, incorporating important aspects such as user friendliness, responsiveness, efficiency etc.

• Document system specifications and design

• Use versioning tools such as Git.
