• +2 years of management experience

• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience working as a software engineer

• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently, and willing to handle the pressures of an increasing level of responsibility

• Have experience with Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Experience

• Experience working both backend and frontend

• Have experience with planning, defining and working to a backlog

• Have experience building product features in a way that is elegant, testable, and reduces unnecessary complexity

• You understand tech debt, and how to find the balance between speedy delivery and over architecting
