We are looking for a professional with e-commerce to lead all aspects related to our online sales, CRM and customer experience.

We are looking for a high potential e-commerce manager that wants to eventually become the leader of our e-commerce efforts.

You must be able to challenge our team to provide an excellent customer experience. You are likely trained in several aspects of e-commerce, ideally within food. You are independent and can work under pressure. You have experience solving crisis, always keeping the customer in mind . You are good at prioritizing, you are efficient and good at achieving your goals.

You are expected to start what will be a team of 6 doing pre and post sales, while being hands-on executing on those areas. Depending on your experience, here are a few examples of who you'll be hiring and leading as we grow:

• Head of Customer support and customer support agents

• Order management

• CRM specialist & Retention manager

• e-Commerce manager

• Content & SEO Manager
