The mission

In Kontrafej, we have embarked on a major transformation of our technological infrastructure, which forms the backbone when hundreds of thousands school children have their annual photos taken.

We are looking for a .Net backend developer who can help accelerate the modernization of our platform, where, step by step, our existing system is broken down into independent systems, each with its own responsibility. By modernization we are not talking minor changes - we are talking rethinking how we can do things smarter through-out the entire supply chain.

We strive to build solutions that require minimal operation. We do this through code reviews, reusable components, good solution architecture and focus on a good process.

About the job

You will be a part of a department consisting of an UX designer, a Frontend developer and a Senior Backend Developer. We work closely together to create awesome solutions.

As a backend developer, your responsibility will be to operate and develop our core systems that handle everything from photographer booking, order management, image manipulation and generation and online purchasing. You will need to build and integrate with various APIs to make our systems work best together.

You will be a key player in analyzing needs, outlining solutions, and helping to code and implement them.

Profile

• You have good experience with .Net and C # 

• You are familiar with consuming and building technology-agnostic RESTful APIs 

• You love developing solutions from idea to final product 

• You use Git (and preferably GitHub) to keep track of your code 

• You are familiar working with cloud based deployment
