Nova Fairy Tales is an ambitious company in the tours and activities sector. We are building a guided tour agency of scale to provide our guests with high quality, personal guided tour experiences. We are currently five employees at the HQ in Copenhagen and around 75 freelance tour guides in 25 European cities. Our goal is to be the best guided tour operator in Europe. Do you get excited by the thought of being part of a fast growing company in the tourism industry? Are you capable of working independently and solve problems on your own and in teams? If yes, you may be interested in joining our team as Experience Associate.

We are looking for proactive colleagues who are interested in the world of tourism and great customer experiences. As Experience Associate, you will be involved in all aspects of running and growing our business. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to

• Day-to-day customer service via phone and by email

• Assisting in hiring quality tour guides

• Assisting the team in launching our tours in new destinations

• More responsibilities depending on your competencies

The role is full-time from our HQ at Gothersgade in Copenhagen

What we expect from you

• A mature personality, who is able to communicate and help our guests via phone and by email

• Logical thinking, overview and structure in daily work

• A commercial mindset and a genuine passion for entrepreneurship

• Have excellent English language skills, verbally and in writing (Danish is a big plus, but not a requirement)

• The workload is scheduled seven days a week from 9-17. You must be able to take turn with colleagues on covering shifts in the weekends
