You truly love marketing and you are digital from tip-to-toe. As our digital marketing growth hacker, you are the wizard responsible for digital lead generation and customer acquisition. You draw a perfect user journey and you have a deep understanding of all digital touchpoints. Being an structured and data-driven analyst, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing of our online campaigns while analysing our ROI performance and constantly optimizing campaigns across digital platforms.
Specifically, you will:
Shape the marketing strategy, by bringing the market and customer insights from the digital world
Research and define relevant target groups for our SoMe campaigns and grow the traffic to our home page
Work with SEO/SEM, A/B Split-testing, Heatmaps, CRO and overall behavioral and acquisition based segmentation
Based on your findings, build customer acquisition funnels and map out new initiatives to optimise our digital channels
Set performance targets and budgeting to maximise business impact and optimise ROI for the campaigns
Define the right KPIs and report the results of our marketing activities
You work in a well-structured and self-driven way. Through previous experience in marketing analytics, growth hacking or a related role you have an excellent understanding of customer success techniques and strategies in a digital environment.
