Responsibilities
- Have the direct responsibility over quantity of our homes: leads generated, conversion, and growth rates
- Perform lead sourcing, negotiation, and conversion via Phone, Email or in person
- Own the entire process chain from lead generation to after sales support and improve on it as we grow and scale
- Build business strategies that streamline the entire conversion funnel and retention of customers
Who are you?
- Danish fluent (preferably native) with impeccable English skills as you will be working in a English-speaking environment
- Friendly attitude with customer service and communication skills
- An ambitious and performance-driven individual with past professional experience or fresh out of Masters with high career ambitions
- You have a flair for finance, performance KPI’s, business acumen and technical expertise to handle data analysis and reporting activities
- A dedicated and passionate professional who understands the importance of taking care of people’s homes
- A travel enthusiast, preferably with good understanding of Airbnb and short-term rentals
