Growth Marketing Manager for young and dynamic SaaS company with a unique market position within digital onboarding services. Onboarding Group is a software company developing an innovative SaaS platform to measure, analyze and structure the onboarding efforts for new hires in companies worldwide. We are seeing increasing attention in the market for the obvious value of structured onboarding, and we are now looking for a digital marketing professional who can help fulfill the huge potential.
What will be your role?
You will be the dominant force behind all digital marketing efforts in a dynamic and energy-filled startup with great development opportunities. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Plan, execute and optimize effective digital marketing campaigns and activities to generate marketing qualified leads for sales.
Continuously A/B test and optimize every conversion rate across the funnel.
Manage and scale all digital marketing channels including email marketing, paid advertising, content marketing, SEO, SoMe and website.
Identify and develop necessary marketing assets including content, imagery and sales collateral.
Work systematically with marketing automation and lead qualification.
Track and measure KPI performance to ensure a data-driven approach.
Work closely with the sales and product team to identify new opportunities and realize growth potential.
Who are you?
You've tried it before, i.e. have:
In-depth experience with digital B2B marketing in SaaS business with proven results - and preferably experience with HR-tech services (e. g recruitment, learning, engagement/performance solutions, etc.).
Strong digital marketing skills and solid experience with both digital strategy, campaign planning, target groups, SoMe, Content Marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing and automation and not least Google Analytics.
Broad competence profile regarding a data-driven approach, strong and creative communication, deep understanding of customer behavior and strong analytical approach
High execution power and energy level, and the ability to work professionally and structured - and do not hesitate to take action based on a fail-faster approach
Professional, skilled, persuasive and the type that gets things done.
Thrives with great responsibility, and has ambitions to be the main force on the further development of SaaS business with major global ambitions
Fluent in English, both spoken and written – and with solid communication skills
