We have a position for a modern thinking talent with marketing background to lead go-to-market initiatives that unlock scalable growth. You'll work directly with our CEO.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities

It’s a new position so you will help us shape it. Because of your background, we expect that you take ownership of channel and marketing tactics including lead generation and brand positioning. You will also help build and automize user communications and scalable sales tools ensuring data-based and predictable approaches. Basically, we have a ton of ideas and we need you to build and execute them in collaboration with our sales, data analytics team and senior management.

Our thoughts on tasks and responsibilities:

• Find and execute initiatives that accelerate growth – leads, conversions, revenue, profitability, satisfaction, colleagues, etc.

• Identify and build scalable acquisition channels

• Use our tech advantages to automate industry-leading sales and marketing tools

• Improve and innovate user experiences when users initially engage with us

• Increase awareness and strengthen our position in the markets we operate

• Co-create narratives, guidelines and communication strategies with the help of external agencies

• Setup and optimize marketing activities across the stack (SEO, PPC, SoMe, campaigns, etc.) – and if these tasks become too tedious, you can hire student assistants

• Assist our BtB sales team with funnel predictability and conversion initiatives

• Setup and maintain automated marketing and communication tools

Your Skills & Background

You have proven yourself in an agency or marketing position working hands-on with the digital toolbox. Even though you are extremely focused and result-oriented you stay curious to ensure continuous improvements. You embody the intersection of art, science, and social psychology and could be a hybrid between the creative genius John Ive and the visionary pragmatic Elon Musk. When you want to, you can articulate in ways that spellbind and influence people. You are probably too good to be true!

• You have minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience from digital marketing or agencies

• You are digitally fluent especially in the full stack of digital marketing
