To support 1nfluencers expansion we are looking for a motivated individual with some Business Development experience striving to grow within an organization. The focus of the team is on building a strong relationship with our customers. Starting during the implementation phase with a sales onboarding program and increasing the activities post-go-live, we actively interact with customers through meetings, training, forums, sharing best practices and providing advice to ensure the customer's launch and continuously use and optimize the journey with 1nfluencers.
Key responsibilities
Support Sales process
Identify, plan and schedule customer enablement activities such as New customer webinars and videos, educational content and other specialized content based on customer demands/needs.
Research development within LinkedIn
Help drive customer references and case studies
