We provide software implementation, integration and support services for the leading Insurance technology platforms globally. 

The Role 

We are hiring experienced Senior Technical Analysts to be part of our rapidly growing team at the forefront of the global Property & Casualty insurance industry. You will assist, coach and lead our growing teams.

You will be trained in the next generation of global leading P&C Insurance software solutions and will attain the highest level of professional certification recognised across the world.

You will work within, and lead, teams to configure and integrate this software into our client organisations.  You will have the opportunity to work onsite alongside our partners and also within our offices, delivering both large implementation projects and business-as-usual services where we look after the running and future enhancements to the production systems.

Your Java expertise and work experience will position you to excel and to rapidly progress into leadership roles.

You’ll need:

·     2-3 years’ experience working with insurance software

·     Strong Java skills 

·     Experience with the Agile methodology

·     Experience using other tools in the development process, such as JIRA, Git and Sourcetree.

·     To be open, driven and ready to learn

·     Strong people and communication skills 

·     Ability to work independently and within a team, providing mentoring support to other team members

·     Demonstrate problem-solving and escalation-management skills 

·     European language skills are highly desirable
