About the role
Your mission at Growth Tribe would be to grow our revenues with existing and new clients. Your approach would be very consultative: you need to understand the customer's needs, concerns and aspirations through well-crafted open questions, active listening and summarising skills. Consultative selling is the way to go.
Outcomes for success
Close 50k worth of revenue per quarter from existing clients
- We have a very large client base with top Finnish companies where we need to increase our footprint
- Your goal is to become a trusted advisor and help these companies navigate the change to a more agile and experiment-driven way of working
Close 50k worth of revenue per quarter from new clients
- We have a lot of warm leads in our network that need help with understanding how they can shift their way-of-working to become more agile
- Your goal is to reach out, become a trusted advisor, and help them take their first steps by joining one of our open courses

What are some minimum requirements?
0,5 to 3 years experience in sales
Are a native Finnish speaker with awesome English skills (a must)
You’ve hunted down a Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Economics, Digital Marketing, Communications or something along those lines
Are available full-time & live in or around Helsinki
