GripFixer is ready to go global! Asia, North America, increasing sales in EU, expanding to tennis (and padel-tennis and squash), and sales to the school- and gymnasium-segment in Europe. GripFixer is a small, but very ambitious company – and looking for someone who wants to join the journey of building an international brand – as responsible for sales and export.


What is GripFixer:

GripFixer is a new and innovative teaching aid for badminton (see more on www.GripFixer.com). It’s a small teaching aid that helps beginners with holding the correct grip. The correct grip is essential! At the same time it's difficult to learn – very difficult. I’ve coached badminton for more than 17 years, and know about the difficulties and frustrations associated with learning the correct grip – both for the coach and player - therefore I invented GripFixer. GripFixer was invented in August 2018, and really helps with a huge problem, therefore it has been received very well by the badminton community.

 

Status:

  • Funding from DGI Impact, and Innovationsfonden.

  • Great sales in Denmark (e.g. used by more than 80% of Top 30 clubs in Denmark).

  • Good sales in the European market, and the market is opening up.

  • Recommendations by several official federations; Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, and many more positive dialogues.

  • Interest from several Asian countries, USA and Canada.

  • Dialogue with bigger brands.

 

Plans:

  • GripFixer is expanding with a tennis-version (works with squash, and padel-tennis as well) - expected release in January.

  • GripFixer is planning to move into several new markets, North America, and several Asian markets. Either through relevant e-commerce platforms (Amazon), retailers and/or brand-collaborations.

  • Sales to schools and gymnasiums (GripFixer but also other related equipment) in Europe.


Your tasks:

  • You will be responsible for sales and export of both badminton and tennis, i.e.:

    • Developing the strategy for expanding outside of your.

    • Establishing dialogue, sales, collaborations with bigger brands.

    • Setting up export outside of Europe (finding ambassadors, retailers, agents, etc)

    • Investigating new avenues of sales (e.g. sales to schools and gymnasium. Both GripFixer, but also other equipment).

 

About you:

  • Great work ethic and ambitious.

  • Strategic and business development mindset.

  • Good English skills.

  • Work full-time (and more)

  • A bonus if you have experience with the “sports-club-life”.

 

Salary:

Very low salary, but ownership/shares in the company. Full-time is expected.
