We are looking for a Program Development Intern!! We are a talent accelerator, helping people to enter the tech world by either creating a startup or joining one. We're a community-driven non-profit part of the Startup Foundation, alongside eg. Slush and Maria01. We support our community through events, workshops, and training to develop the skills needed in high growth companies.

The general scope of your responsibility will consist of:

• Analyzing the user perspective of The Shortcut’s programs and devising a Service Design (we'll coach you) process to create and delightful service packages for our partners and clients.

• Improving our programs and driving digital/ physical touchpoints in the clients’ and users’ journey to alleviate experience with The Shortcut.

• Creating a compelling presentation of our packages, services, and offerings. Also, leading the Sales Strategy with our Product Team.

• Participating in events and conferences presenting the outcomes and showcasing our projects.

Business Development

• Prospecting potential partners for The Shortcut’s activities

• Building and fostering long-term strategic partner relationships with The Shortcut’s partners, and managing partner data

• Communicating partner needs within The Shortcut’s organization and helping event and program teams execute partner needs

• Improving the sales funnel at The Shortcut in collaboration with Partnership and Marketing teams.

• Creating Case Studies on our existing and new products

• Working on several pitches at the same time while reaching deadlines
