In the role as Visual Designer, you will design and deliver products, solutions and services focusing on all users involved. Through a user-centered design approach, you understand the flow of both customer and employee and you will help us design a solution based on setting up the users for success. You will be part of the production team and the main person translating wireframes, sketches and input from the rest of the team into beautiful, easy to understand design.

As part of your role, you will:

• Design a fine-tuned UI that is both beautiful, functional and accessible

• Work closely with developers to translate the interactions and design requirements into efficient solutions.

• Produce sketches, mock-ups, low & high-fidelity prototypes and more according to brand guidelines.

What is needed to succeed:

We imagine that you are either in the process of or already have a degree in Design or similar. At the same time, you have excellent written and verbal communication skills when collaborating with co-workers. Furthermore, we expect you to have and be able to demonstrate:

• Experience creating detailed designs for digital experiences

• Knowledge and familiarity with user interface patterns for web, mobile appreciated

• Skills in UI Design tools (Figma, Sketch, InVision etc)
