Who is HTML24?

We are a digital agency with a team of around 30 people, including 10+ different nationalities. However, we all have a couple of things in common. The first one is the desire to be involved in challenging projects and complex solutions. The second one is that we wish to make valuable solutions to our clients and smart work for ourselves. The third one is that we all like to have a cold beer on Fridays with our lovely colleagues :-)

In other words, we work hard and focused but have a really good time while doing it!


Our internship program

The duration of this internship program is 3-6 months, depending on which education you are enrolled in. During this time, we expect you to work on a full-time basis. But don't worry. No matter how short or long your internship is, you won't be brewing coffee for anyone. You will be treated as full-blown team member and you will be doing real work. ;-)

After the internship period is over, we also have good experience with the interns writing their final project in collaboration with HTML24. Please note that the internship is unpaid.


What will you be doing?

The event coordinator is a newly opened position at HTML24. At present, we do not host any events at our office, but we strongly believe that this needs to change. And this is where YOU come in! By having you onboard, we aim to be able to plan and organize business events at the office. This would/could include morning meetings, lectures on different topics, go-home meetings, networking events, etc.

The process will include reaching out to individuals, collaborators, and companies in order to invite them for these events, making physical arrangements for the event, being present throughout the event to facilitate it and make sure everything runs smoothly, etc.


We expect that the following will be some of your work tasks:

  • You will be coordinating and handling a minimum of 1 event per month. If your internship period is for 6 months then you will be handling a minimum of 6 events.

  • Create material and content for the event's website.

  • Apply for funding or organize partnerships if possible to facilitate a stronger financial foundation for event handling.

  • Make sure that we are found through marketing related activities and communication on Social Media and relevant platforms.

  • Find and book speakers and facilitate communication with them.

  • Find and invite guests, clients and collaborators and coordinate & communicate with them.

  • Handle the actual event. Make sure that the venue is ready with everything relevant like:

    • Setting up chairs, furniture.

    • Setup of scene or stage for the speakers

    • Make sure IT works like a charm; projector, switcher, etc.

    • Organize food, coffee, beverages, etc.

    • Make sure that we video film the event so that we can use it to follow up as well as relevant marketing-related material in the future.

  • Follow up and communicate with the guest after the event to facilitate possible further communication.

Even though you will be given complete responsibility for the entire planning and execution process, you will always be able to get assistance from our lovely colleagues in the sales and marketing teams, who will help you throughout your internship. Your direct contact will be the Head of Account Management.

We imagine that your studies are about service management, event management or similar. These include education programs such as:

  • Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management

  • Sports and Event Management

  • Leisure Management

  • Performance Design

  • International hospitality management

As a person, you must be a rational thinking individual and a good team player, but at the same time, you also know how to work independently and you are not afraid of challenges. You must also be very proactive and ready to take up responsibility. Furthermore, it will be a major plus if you’re a structured person and a great communicator.

In short, you are a go-getter that makes stuff happen.

Besides this, we would like to see all possible perspectives on every single situation, so your opinion will always matter at HTML24. Therefore, we expect you to be creative and not to be afraid to speak up your mind!
