Jacob Hilmer Architecture is an Innovative architecture company with many new projects and possibilities. We are creating custom made projects from designing part all the way to production part that happens in our ARM studio which is a dome with a robotic arm inside. ARM studio has since 2017 developed design and architecture projects, where digital technology has been the starting point for the creation of innovative architecture.

Production technologies have released the translation from digitally optimized design to precisely processed products, and it is in this digital common language that ARM studio seeks the opportunity to achieve a more refined and sensory architecture that is not mass-produced but mass customized.

As we are launching a new product line and therefore expect many interesting projects, our company is looking to hire a Production Manager who will be working closely with our founder to produce the best possible results. 

The position is Commission Based!  

That means that out of every project existing, or a new one that you will work on will be rewarded based on the percentage that was discussed prior to the execution of the project. With time the deal can be changed and switch to a monthly payment, which depends on the efficiency of work and numbers of projects incoming.

Production Manager Responsibilities:

·         Robotic Production

·         3D Printing

·         Robotic 5-Axis CNC Milling

·         Robotic Metal Forming

·         Communication and Research on Customers

·         Carrying out Production / Prototype tasks

·         With our help becoming an expert in operating the company’s robotic arm.

Production Manager requirements:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• A high level of attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

• Good organization skills.

• Experience with digital production and AM.

• Production process optimization

• Skills in Rhino + Grasshopper is not a requirement but a big plus

• A network of existing clients is a plus
