The job

BluSense Diagnostics is seeking an IT Student Assistant to join our Admin team with a strong problem-solving mindset.

You will be responsible for maintaining the IT infrastructure, including laptops, desktops and Office 365.

Your responsibilities

• Deploying new Windows PC

• Ensuring that Windows PCs are up to date and the latest updates are installed

• Administrating Office 365 – user management, protection, etc.

• Supporting users to resolve windows related issues

• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

• General IT infrastructure / network maintenance

• Working time will be flexible with approximately 30 - 48 hours / month

Your qualifications

You are a BA or MA student in computer science or similar, with a strong interest in IT and in-depth knowledge of Windows based systems.

You have:

• Problem-solving skills 

• Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing 

• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory 

• Experience in troubleshooting Windows-related issues 

• Ability to support users to solve problems in an efficient manner 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment 

• Knowledge of Synology NAS is a plus

• Knowledge of Linux and PowerShell is a plus
