Nova Fairy Tales is an ambitious company in the tours and activities sector. We are building a guided tour agency of scale to provide our guests with high quality, personal guided tour experiences. We are currently five employees at the HQ in Copenhagen and around 75 freelance tour guides in 25 European cities. Our goal is to be the best guided tour operator in Europe. Do you get excited by the thought of having lots of responsibility and being part of a fast growing company? Are you capable of working independently and solve problems on your own and in teams? If yes, you may be interested in joining our team as Experience Manager.

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who is interested in joining a growth journey. As Experience Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of running and growing our business. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to

• Day-to-day management of team and operations

• Help hiring quality tour guides

• Lead the team in launching our tours in new destinations

• Expand our foot print in existing destinations via offline and online marketing

• Ensure structure and compliance in business processes as we grow our business

The role is full time from our HQ at Gothersgade in Copenhagen.

What we expect from you

• A mature personality with a commercial mindset and a genuine passion for entrepreneurship

• Ability to cut through complexity in a structured manner to spot solutions and opportunities

• A responsible individual who has an eye for the big picture and who can prioritize first things first

• A calm and mature personality who leads the way while ensuring colleagues are not left behind

• Have excellent English language skills, verbally and in writing (Danish is a big plus, but not a requirement)

• Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
