Minnity believes that every person with dementia should be able to lead a dignified and meaningful life. This is why we help professional caregivers to deliver individualized care to every caretaker with cognitive decline using digital tools. The Minnity app allows care staff to better understand their clients, thus facilitating care provision and improving its continuity. We are an early-stage startup, with the solution launched in the Swedish market and developing our product.

We are looking to recruit a CTO/Lead developer who can lead the development of our technical solution. You will work directly with the founders and actively shape the creation of the Minnity application as well as  development of a startup that will positively impact the lives of thousands of people living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias, their relatives and formal caregivers.

Responsibility: 

• Drive technical strategy, roadmap. Leading software architecture

• Become a primary owner of all software solutions

• Hands-on backend development in close cooperation with frontend team

• Lead technical team

• Work on product development

• Be a part of management and set the direction for the future
