Wattero is developing peer to peer energy solutions for those that lack access to electricity. As the Sales Manager, you will be overall responsible for ensuring corporate partnerships, customers, sales and funds that will support the financial sustainability of Wattero. In addition, the position entails overall responsibility for applying for and ensuring funds and grants for Wattero.

The Sales Development Manager is overall responsible for ensuring corporate partnerships, customers, sales and funds that will support the financial sustainability of Wattero. In addition, the position entails overall responsibility for applying for and ensuring funds and grants for Wattero. The role is both strategic and operational.

Corporate partnerships
Customer relations
1. Funds and grants
Conduct research for different funds and grants relevant for Wattero
Application and follow-up of funds and grants
Maintain relations with the funding organizations
2. Corporate partnerships
Set goals for corporate partnership sales and investors
Plan and implement direction and strategies for achieving the goals
Product development in the corporate partnership sector based on external market and sales
3. Customer relations
Ensure strategies for finding and attracting new customers to Wattero
Ensure customer retention and relationship (i.e. develop content for the newsletter, ensure referrals)
Solve any potential problems any customer might have
Measures of success:
Number of corporate partnerships signed for Wattero and money secured from the partnerships
Number of funds applied and granted and amounts received
Create funds and investor plan
The applicant should be located in Norway.
