Role description

We are looking for a highly-driven customer success manager to join a new tech-startup based in Stockholm. Your challenge is to deliver a world class customer experience to all our customers that aiming to, sell, buy or maintain their home.

We believe technology can revise and simplify the entire experience from financing, ownership to essential services around your home. Your contribution will be fundamental for the success of the cx-team that is growing fast in the company.

Responsibilities

ā€¢ Owning and managing the end to end process of customer inquiries.

ā€¢ Owning and managing the end to end process of finding new partners (ex, real estate brokers,Ā home service providers,etc.)

ā€¢ Going the extra mile and ā€˜ never say no to a clientā€, to develop customer trust and nurture theĀ talented team around you is key.

ā€¢ Work with product development by being the point of contact between theĀ customers and the product team.

ā€¢ Working closely with your Operation Manager to ensureĀ  targets are being met and partners are being optimised to align with the business growth plans.

ā€¢ Managing time to achieve and exceed tight deadlines and ambitious goals.

ā€¢ Be economically aware and managing resources with respect.

ā€¢ Never discriminate on the basis of religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability.

ā€¢ Having fun and sometimes fail.


Experience

ā€¢ +2 years experience in sales and/or customer success management.

ā€¢ Entrepreneurial outlook to proactively identify and engage with new partners.Ā 

ā€¢ Excellent communication skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships and stakeholders, on the phone and in person.

ā€¢ Goal orientated with a strong sense of that nothing is impossible.

ā€¢ Fluent in Swedish & English.
