Teemly is on a mission to truly connect distributed teams by introducing a virtual office. In times where colleagues are no longer physically co-located, and remote collaboration still isn’t as smooth as it could be, we think we can help. We are currently testing our platform (MVP) with customers and will launch in 2020.

Who are you?

You are a passionate designer obsessed with creating the best experience for customers. You like simple and thoughtful products. We expect you to be a self-going person with can-do attitude. We are a startup - we won’t have time to guide you in every step and decision - you’ll get a lot of responsibility from day one. Being in a startup also means you’ll probably do more than just UX design. One day you will help out with physical marketing material, the next day you design the most important features of our product. You have the guts to challenge while you’re also humble enough to adjust your work given other’s input. What drives you is neither the title nor the money. You share our view that diversity is a good thing. It’s fine if you still study and don’t have more than 50% of your time for us. That way we can both try each other out. We’re in this for the long run (so are our investors) - so the optimal candidate has the same ambition.

What do you bring along?

• Previous UX design experience

• Experience from Figma, or similar tools

• Passion for simplicity and obsession with customer experience 

• Experience with desktop applications is a plus

• Front-end experience is a big plus

If you work from Stockholm, office location is included. Unfortunately, just an intern salary (welcome to startup-life, we have never been poorer ourselves). But we do aim to grow as much as possible and get to more competitive salary levels later during 2020.
