To-Do’s is an AI mobile app that will be launched soon. We need an assistant that is bright, mobile, polite and person, who will have their own opinion. If you want to join To-Do’s as an assistant, we require you to know English and Finnish languages. The Russian language would be a big plus. If you have a degree in Business that’s great. If you don’t, but know what you need to do- also welcome to apply for the position of assistant in To-Do’s.

To-Do’s assistant should be able to have C2 or 8 IELTS in English and at least C1.1 in the Finnish language. Microsoft Office, Instagram, Facebook skills. Especially Excel. Adobe skills will be a plus.

To-Do’s assistant must be punctual, mobile, polite and share own opinion on the matter when is needed. 

Assistants work at To-Do’s is creative, and you can’t call it an office job. One day it might be an 8 hours paperwork another could be event or competition participation. 

Assistant will need to come on 1-5 day business trips sometimes with the founder. 

Basic requirements:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.

• Managing filing system.

• Recording information as needed.

• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.

• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

• Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.

• Coordinating events as necessary.

• Aiding with client reception as needed.

• Experience as a virtual assistant.

• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
