Do you want to join a fast growing company within Prop-tech? Estate Logs are growing in Finland and we need to find a Country Manager that wants to build the Finnish office. Experience in Sales and Business Developmen (a must) and Real Estate is preferred. Needs to speak Finnish.

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Country Manager who will be responsible for growing the customer base and new hires. You will be in charge of managing sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and hire new staff. In the near future, your role will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team. Previous experience in sales is a must.

Country Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

• Meeting planned sales goals.

• Tracking sales goals.

• Overseeing the activities and performance of the future sales team.

• The ongoing training of your salespeople.

• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

• Promoting the organization and products.

• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Country Manager Requirements:
