We are looking for an independent, proactive, and creative UX/UI designer in-the-making to join our product team. You will be the driving force behind building an intuitive user experience on our state of the art AI platform, Grace.

Role

With a great lineup of both Danish and international clients working toward solving actual business challenges with our AI platform, we want to make our User Experience frictionless. Working closely with our product managers and the engineering teams, the role requires a structured and flexible attitude toward the tasks in a highly dynamic working environment. 

The role requires a proactive approach to identify and make recommendations for creating an intuitive user experience. You will bring new ideas to the table with the chance to see them through. We expect you to behave like a mature and independent individual who can take lead, structure tasks, and take responsibility. 

Primary work assignments

• Work independently on UX/UI assignments, with guidance from other team members

• Ideating and creating the user journey for new products

• Design tasks to strengthen the visual identity of our brand

• Conduct user research to ensure that our services meet the needs of our users

• Support marketing and sales team with ad hoc tasks

Qualifications and skills

• Currently studying a Master’s Degree within a relevant field

• Professional English skills (written and oral)

• Experience in user-centered design, from user research to collaboration and implementation

• Experience in wireframes, UX flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications, and use case development

• Understanding of information architecture, design patterns, and interactive design

• Familiarity with some Design and Prototyping software such as: Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Adobe XD or equivalent design tools

• Proactive and open-minded, but ready to advocate your own ideas

• Innovative with an interest in solving things that do not have previous solutions

• Passionate about creating a great experience and design
