We achieve this by having a strict focus on the automatisation of the platform and an in-depth selection of the talents we use.

We are constantly growing our customer base and are therefore in need of development skills. tasks and need to expand the platform in order to automate the current flows. We’re looking for an experienced lead developer who has the ambitions to work on a scalable platform with plans for expansion in 2020. We are looking for someone who is comfortable in teams, have no problem managing code or people and preferably have worked 2+ years with platform-based development.

Right now Dojo is what some will call a MVP V2. Therefore, every time we develop something new for Dojo, user experience is one of our most important focus areas. We collect user feedback from both companies and talents in order to develop our new features. In order to keep up with the current growth, it is important to further streamline and automate the processes of the platform. And last of all, structure the codebase, so the platform will be ready for scaling and expansion.

 

YOUR ROLE

  • Restructure the codebase, which is suffering a bit with MVP sickness

  • Rewrite the platform in Vue.js + Google Firebase

  • Dive into the implementation of features in our product road map

  • Take ownership of the codebase and architecture

  • Opportunity to be promoted to a position as a developer team lead (potential CTO)

  • Ultimately help manage and scale the developer team

OUR GOAL

  • Creating a scalable codebase

  • To automate flows such as: payments, payroll and accounting, price quote and matching talents with the right tasks using AI/ML/DL

  • Further, automate the recruitment flow of digital talents

  • To collect the right data about our customers and use that to automate the “task flow”

  • Creating a Dojo application for mobile

  • Use new cutting-edge technologies to make Dojo the pioneer in online platforms

  • Make our users experience even better through new features, UX and usability

You’ll have the responsibility of the platform as the lead programmer, and from start have the authority of a parttime developer. You will be a central part of the early decisions of making a scalable platform. As we grow, so can your role in our company.
