TEDxCopenhagen is looking for a passionate individual to join us as Operation Lead. The role of the Operation Lead is to act as the nexus, the central finance, and operations spot.

Responsibilities include:

• Support budgeting, payments, and reporting activities

• Work with the board to determine values and mission and plan for short and long-term goals.

• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization

• Ensuring that deadlines are followed and that all tasks have an owner

• Track timeline, milestones, and progress

• Ensure cooperation, communicate and knowledge-sharing in-between team leads (Marketing & PR, Production & Experience, Partnerships, Curation and Community)

Requirements:

• Experience with operations

• Understanding of general finance and budgeting

• Experience working with volunteers

Typically, you will have a regular meeting every 2nd week for 1-2 hours(plus 1-2 hours of preparation) with either the Board or Team Leaders.
