Lenus is a B2B company providing a cloud-based nutrition and workout software solution that helps empower personal trainers, dieticians, and other health professionals so they can scale their business and still focus on being hands-on with their clients to deliver the best possible outcomes. Currently our software has helped people lose over 100.000kg. We hope that this number will grow exponentially as we take over new countries.

Our team is young, open-minded, social and weirdly huggable. We organize team trips (last one was to Sitges outside Barcelona), team dinners and team parties on a regular basis and even when we are just working it’s always with high spirits (although even the best people can have a bad day).

We are searching for a new candidate for our onboarding team. The position entails managing and coordinating the onboarding process with the other web designers while also creating websites and visual identities for our partners that are mostly a versatile bunch of fitness personalities. Beyond designing and maintaining web sites you will be in charge of setting up processes for performance testing all sites and creating a good environment for delivering feedback. Since we are growing quickly there will be plenty of opportunity to evolve with the role and shape it in a way that fits you.

As a Web-Manager at Lenus eHealth you will:

· Manage and coordinate the onboarding process

· Set up performance testing (split test, SEO, load times)

· Design and build web pages for our clients

· Design elements of our system to fit the brand of a client

· Fix issues relating to web pages or designed elements

As a Web-Manager at Lenus eHealth we hope you:

· Have at least 3 years of experience as a web designer

· Have experience with project management

· Have experience with setting up systems for performance testing (split test, SEO, load times)

· Have experience with frontend development (good understanding of HTML, CSS, JS)

· Have experience with website publishing and CMS (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, etc.)

· Have an eye for aesthetics and composition when designing in the browser
